How quickly will someone answer in the portal?

On compounded GLP-1 weight plans, support is unlimited and available 24/7. Elsewhere, your care team answers as promptly as responsible care allows; we do not print response-time numbers we cannot stand behind.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

The plain-language terms are on the legal page. For anything order-specific, message your care team through the portal.

What about emergencies?

This service is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. In crisis, call or text 988.

My delivery arrived damaged or looks wrong.

Do not take it. Photograph what arrived, message your care team through the portal, and they will set it right with the pharmacy.

Will you answer medical questions before I sign up?

Medical advice belongs inside the visit, where a licensed provider can see your whole picture instead of guessing at it.
