How an issue gets made.
Every plan this house publishes goes through the same four fittings, including the one where a provider may decline.
Completing a visit does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed provider reviews your health information and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
- Fitting one
- The interview: structured health questions, answered online whenever it suits you. About 3 minutes to begin.
- Fitting two
- The edit: an independent licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate for you, and which plan fits. A no arrives plainly, with alternatives where they exist.
- Fitting three
- The delivery: dispensed by a state-licensed pharmacy, shipped quickly in plain packaging, instructions in your portal.
- Fitting four
- The next issue: your provider stays attached to your plan and revises it with you as your health picture changes.
Prescriptions are issued only after an online consultation with an independent licensed provider. Compounded medications are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies but are not FDA approved.
Prices before promises.
Compounded weight plans start at $179 per month with no insurance required. Brand-name Wegovy® and Zepbound® programs are a $99 membership plus medication cost, shown before you commit. QUAD™ plans start from $114 per month. Hair, skin, and longevity plans are priced after your provider consult.

Do I ever visit an office?

Who dispenses the medication?
State-licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are labeled as compounded and are not FDA approved; brand-name medications carry their FDA-approved label.
