What actually happens, and what never does.

The check

You verify once through ID.me at checkout. It takes about two minutes, it happens on ID.me rather than here, and we never see or store your documents.

The cost

Verifying is free. ID.me does not charge you, and neither do we.

Once a year

ID.me asks you to confirm again once a year. Your discount continues without you doing anything else.

What it covers

Your program price, every month, for as long as you are with us. Brand-name medication priced by the manufacturer is not ours to discount, so the savings apply to the program price alongside it.

If someone asks you for a code, it is not us. We will never call, text, or email you asking for your ID.me login, a verification code, or your documents. If someone does, it is not us.
