Three steps between you and a treatment decision.
No waiting rooms, no phone trees, no mystery. Here is the whole process, including the part where a licensed provider can say no. That part is a feature.
The three steps
Online visit
Answer questions about your goal, health history, and medications. It takes about 3 minutes on any device. Nothing is billed for medication at this stage, and your answers go only to your care team.
Provider review
An independent licensed provider in your state reads your full picture. They may approve treatment, recommend a different option, or decline with an explanation. Their judgment cannot be bought, rushed, or skipped.
Fast, discreet delivery
If prescribed, medication ships from a state-licensed pharmacy in plain packaging. Tracking lives in your portal, and your care team is reachable there whenever questions come up.
Completing a visit does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed provider reviews your health information and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
Prescriptions are issued only after an online consultation with an independent licensed provider. Compounded medications are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies but are not FDA approved.
Step four never really ends.
Treatment is a relationship, not a transaction. Once you start, the portal becomes your front door to care.
Check-ins that matter
Your provider reviews how treatment is going and adjusts doses when your response calls for it, so the plan keeps fitting the person actually living it.
Questions, answered
Side effects, timing, travel, what to do about a missed dose: message your care team through the portal and get answers from people who can see your chart.
Refills on rails
Refills are coordinated in the portal and shipped to your door. Staying on plan should never hinge on your memory of a pharmacy’s hours.
What we will not do.
We will not guarantee a prescription
Anyone who does is selling you the signature, not the medicine. A provider’s honest no protects you; that is the point of having one.
We will not hide what a thing is
Compounded medications are labeled compounded, not FDA approved. Brand-name medications keep their names and their status. You choose with the facts face-up.
We will not spring prices on you
Flat prices are published. Brand-name medication costs are shown before you commit. There is no moment in this process where a number surprises you.
We will not treat emergencies
This service is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. In crisis, call or text 988.
The details people want.
Do I ever have to visit an office?
No. The visit, the provider review, follow-up, and refills all happen online. If your provider ever believes in-person care would serve you better, they will say so and point you in the right direction.
Who reviews my visit?
An independent licensed provider in your state. They are the decision-maker: prescriptions are issued only when they conclude treatment is appropriate for your health picture.
What does the visit ask?
Your goal, your health history, current medications, and the safety questions relevant to the treatment you are considering. Honest answers get you a better plan; the provider works with what you share.
What if I am not approved?
Your provider tells you plainly, with the reasoning. Completing a visit does not guarantee a prescription, and we would rather earn your trust with a no than keep it with a bad yes.
Step one takes about 3 minutes.
Start whenever you decide to. A licensed provider handles the rest.
