What this policy covers

This policy covers this website: the pages you browse, the eligibility questions you answer here, and the email address you give us if you ask for your plan.

It does not cover your medical visit. The visit happens in a separate secure system with its own notice, and the health information you give a provider there is handled under that notice and under health privacy law. The two are deliberately kept apart.

What we collect

If you ask us to email your plan, we collect what we need to reach you and to route you to a provider licensed where you live:

• Your email address
• Your first name, if you give it, and it is optional
• Which goal you chose, such as weight, intimacy, hair, skin, or longevity
• Your state and your age range
• Which version of the site you were on, and which plan you were shown
• The page you were on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed

We also collect ordinary technical information any website receives, such as your browser type and approximate region, and a random session identifier that we create. That identifier is not tied to your name or your email and it is not used to build a profile of you.

What we deliberately do not collect

The eligibility questions on this site ask about things like pregnancy, heart conditions, thyroid history, and medications. Your answers to those questions stay in your browser. They are not sent to us, they are not stored on our servers, and they are not attached to your email address.

This is enforced in the code, not just promised here. The endpoint that receives your email has a fixed list of fields and no health field among them, so there is no path for one to arrive. Our analytics accepts only short labels such as a step number or a page name, and rejects ordinary writing outright, so a sentence about your health cannot be recorded even by mistake.

When you start a visit, a licensed provider asks these questions again inside the secure clinical system. That is intentional. It means your health answers only ever exist where they are properly protected.

We do not collect payment information on this site.

How we use it

To send you the plan you asked for, and to tell you how to begin.

To send you occasional updates, if you agreed to that. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honored.

To route you toward a provider licensed in your state.

To understand which parts of the site work. We count page views, how far people get through the eligibility questions, and how quickly pages load, so we can fix what is broken and improve what is not.

We do not use your information to make an automated decision about your health, and we do not use your age, your state, or anything else about you to decide who qualifies or at what price. The eligibility result is worked out before any question about you is asked, and that ordering is built into the product on purpose.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, we do not place advertising pixels on this site, and we do not participate in cross-site tracking.

We share it only with the companies that help us run the service, and only as much as they need:

• Our hosting and storage provider, which stores this information on servers in the United States
• Our email provider, so we can send you the plan you asked for
• The independent licensed providers and state-licensed pharmacies involved in your care, once you begin a visit

We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone from harm. If we are ever involved in a merger or sale, we will tell you before your information moves.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact information for as long as you want to hear from us, and for up to twenty four months after your last activity, then we delete it.

Analytics information is kept in aggregate and is not linked to you.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep a record.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop emailing you. Write to privacy email to be published or call privacy phone to be published and we will answer within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or another state with a consumer privacy law, you have those rights by statute, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right exists and we honor it.

This service is available in the United States only, because the providers who deliver care are licensed state by state. We do not offer it in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.

Your browser may send a Global Privacy Control signal. We honor it.

How we protect it

Everything on this site is served over an encrypted connection. Information we store is encrypted, access is limited to the people who need it, and files that contain your details are stored privately and are not reachable by a public link.

No system is perfect. If information of yours is ever exposed, we will tell you and the relevant regulators, promptly and plainly.

Children

This service is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your answers while you are filling in the eligibility questions, so a refresh does not lose your place. That storage is on your device and clearing your browser data removes it.

We use privacy-respecting analytics that counts visits and measures page speed. It does not use advertising cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other websites.

We show different visitors different photographs so we can learn which ones people find helpful. That test records which photograph was shown, whether it was clicked, and the random session identifier described above. It records nothing about who you are.

Changes, and how to reach us

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you by email before it takes effect.

Questions, requests, and complaints all go to the same place, and a person reads them. Write to privacy email to be published, call privacy phone to be published, or mail mailing address to be published.

Your health information, and your rights over it

THIS NOTICE DESCRIBES HOW MEDICAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU MAY BE USED AND DISCLOSED AND HOW YOU CAN GET ACCESS TO THIS INFORMATION. PLEASE REVIEW IT CAREFULLY.

This notice is provided by covered entity legal name to be published, mailing address to be published. It is a joint notice covering the independent licensed providers who review your health information through this platform and the state-licensed pharmacies that dispense any medication they prescribe. Those parties share health information with each other as needed to treat you.

We are required by law to protect the privacy of your health information, to give you this notice describing our legal duties and privacy practices, and to follow the terms of the notice currently in effect.

This notice applies to the care you receive through a visit. It does not apply to the marketing pages of this website, which are covered by the privacy policy on this page.

How your health information is used

For treatment. Your provider reviews what you share, decides whether treatment is appropriate, prescribes when it is, and follows up. A pharmacy receives what it needs to dispense.

For payment. To bill you, and to work with your insurer if one is involved.

For operations. To review quality of care, to train staff, and to run the service safely.

Where the law requires. Public health reporting, suspected abuse or neglect, court orders, and similar legal obligations.

Anything else needs your written authorization, and you can take that authorization back at any time. We do not sell your health information, and we do not use it for marketing without your written permission. Psychotherapy notes and records of substance use disorder treatment carry stricter protection still, and are not disclosed without an authorization that specifically covers them.

If we ever fundraise, we may contact you about it, and every such message will tell you how to opt out of the next one.

Your rights

• To see and get a copy of your record, usually within thirty days
• To ask for a correction if something is wrong
• To ask us to communicate with you in a particular way, or at a particular address
• To ask us to limit what we use or share, though we do not have to agree to every request
• To get a list of certain disclosures we made in the past six years. It does not include disclosures for treatment, payment, or running the service, which are most of them, and it does not include disclosures you authorized
• To get a paper copy of this notice, even if you agreed to receive it electronically
• To be told promptly if your information is ever breached

Complaints

If you think your privacy rights have been violated, complain to our Privacy Officer at privacy officer name to be published, privacy email to be published, privacy phone to be published, and we will look into it. You can also complain to the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, 200 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC 20201. You will not be retaliated against for complaining, and it will not affect your care.

This notice is effective July 30, 2026. If we change it, the new version will be posted on this page and will apply to all information we hold. You may ask us for a paper copy at any time, even if you agreed to receive this notice electronically.
