About
The standard behind the dashboard.
SECRET IDENTITY Healthcare exists for one kind of person: the one who runs their own day and expects their healthcare to keep the same books. Our job is to make serious care legible, honest, and quick to act on.
Take command
The day is yours before it starts.
The approach
You are the operator. We are the instrument panel.
Most healthcare asks you to surrender the controls at the door. We built the opposite: a system where the medical judgment belongs to licensed clinicians and everything else, the pace, the choices, the budget, stays with you. The version of you that runs the day does not need rescuing. It needs accurate gauges.
The provider model
Every visit is reviewed by an independent licensed provider operating under their own clinical judgment. They decide whether treatment is appropriate; nobody on the business side can overrule them. Prescriptions are issued only after that consultation.
The pharmacy chain
Medications are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are labeled as what they are: compounded, and not FDA approved. Brand-name, FDA-approved options carry their own clear label.
The pricing rule
A price you cannot see before committing is not a price, it is a trap. Program prices are published on the page, and consult-priced care says so instead of inventing a number.
The privacy posture
Health details are collected inside the secure visit, conversations happen in your portal, and shipments arrive in discreet packaging.
Clinical standards
Where we refuse to improvise.
- No prescription without a completed visit and a licensed provider’s review.
- Interaction and contraindication screening built into every evaluation, including nitrate screening for sexual health treatment.
- Treatment status, brand-name and FDA-approved or compounded, printed wherever the treatment appears.
- Honest outcome language: Individual results vary. Outcomes depend on your health profile, plan adherence, and provider guidance.
- Emergencies out of scope, stated plainly: This service is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. In crisis, call or text 988.
About
See if the system fits you.
The qualification check is short, the review is real, and the prices are already on the table.
Completing a visit does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed provider reviews your health information and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
