How it works

From decision to delivery, mapped.

No mystery steps and no back-office fog. Here is the entire route your care takes, including the parts where a licensed provider can say no.

Completing a visit does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed provider reviews your health information and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.

The route

Three steps, in order.

Step 01

Online visit

You answer structured health questions online. It takes about 3 minutes to get started, whenever it suits you. Your goals, history, and medications go in; nothing is decided yet.

Step 02

Provider review

An independent licensed provider reviews your information and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. If a plan is not a fit, you hear that plainly, with alternatives where they exist.

Step 03

Fast, discreet delivery

If prescribed, medication is dispensed by a state-licensed pharmacy and ships quickly in discreet packaging. Your plan, instructions, and care team live in your portal.

Prescriptions are issued only after an online consultation with an independent licensed provider. Compounded medications are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies but are not FDA approved.

Pricing logic

Numbers before commitments.

Compounded weight loss plans start at $179 per month with no insurance required. Brand-name Wegovy® and Zepbound® programs run on a $99 membership plus medication cost, shown before you commit. QUAD™ sexual health plans start from $114 per month. Hair, skin, and longevity plans are personalized and priced after your provider consult, because they do not exist until your provider designs them.

After delivery

The system keeps running.

Portal first

After signup, your care team is reachable through the visit portal for plan, dosing, and shipping questions.

Provider in the loop

Your provider stays attached to your plan and adjusts it with you as your health picture evolves.

Honest expectations

Individual results vary. Outcomes depend on your health profile, plan adherence, and provider guidance.

Questions

Process questions, answered.

Do I ever have to visit an office?

No. The visit, the provider review, and your ongoing care all happen online, and medication ships to your door.

Can the provider decline to prescribe?

Yes, and that is the point of the review. Completing a visit does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed provider reviews your health information and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.

Who dispenses the medication?

State-licensed pharmacies. Prescriptions are issued only after an online consultation with an independent licensed provider. Compounded medications are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies but are not FDA approved.

How do I reach someone with a question?

Once you are signed up, your care team is reachable through the visit portal. Before that, the support page covers what most people ask.
